This is the best program which will let you visit in few days the best of Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Machupicchu and you will have "A spectacular 6 days trek" around the amazing Ausangate peak, on the remote highland savannah's of southern Peru. The heart of the eastern Andes, east of the ancient and magical city of Cusco, is dominated by Mount Ausangate (6372 mts - 20,900 ft), the main Apu or mountain spirit as well as the highest mountain in southern Peru. You will walk around 4 to 6 hours each day; horses will carry all our loads, letting us enjoy the hike just with a small daypack for the snacks and cameras.

DIA 1: CHEGANDO À CUSCO
À chegada recepção, assistência e transferência para o hotel selecionado; onde você deve descansar um pouco para ajustar melhor a altitude (11,000 pés acima do pé)
Excursão combinada da tarde; visite o Koricancha (Templo do Sol), Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, Puca-Pucara e Tambomachay. (B)

DIA 2: VALLEE SAGRADO: AWANACANCHA, RUINAS PISAC, MERCADO, OLLANTAYTAMBO
Visite uma fazenda onde você verá e tirará fotos agradáveis ​​de alpacas, lhamas, vicuñas e guanacos, também veremos e aprenderemos (passo a passo) como os povos andinos ainda fazem têxteis muito bonitos usando técnicas tradicionais muito antigas.
Continue para o PISAC localizado na entrada do Vale Sagrado, a incrível cidade Inca que constitui um dos mais importantes Parques Arqueológicos da região. Visite os bons templos, os palácios e os terraços agrícolas bem preservados e vastos; construído até a borda dos precipícios que ainda mantêm seus aquedutos verticais, às vezes verticais; uma visão imponente e inesquecível que também oferece paisagens muito bonitas.
Pisac Ruins
Visite a PISAC, a Vila Colonial, onde você verá o famoso "mercado indiano" e o mercado de artesanato ou "lembranças", esta é a sua chance de desfrutar de uma mistura de cores, tradições e pessoas, e negociar artesanato exótico.
Após o almoço na aldeia de Urubamba, visite as mais antigas habitações habitadas continuamente na América do Sul, onde as pessoas ainda vivem nas mesmas casas e palácios que 500 anos atrás; a antiga cidade Incan de OLLANTAYTAMBO, com suas construções muito impressionantes, construídas com enormes pedregulhos e sua antiga herança que nos deixará atônitos. Nota: O mercado Pisac é todos os dias, na terça-feira, quintas-feiras e domingos é maior, mas mais lotado; não é tão bom para visitar as ruínas em Pisac e Ollantaytambo e para fotos

DIA 3: OLLANTAYTAMBO - MACHUPICCHU
Transfira para a Estação de Comboio para pegar o comboio até a cidade de Aguas Calientes, ônibus para Machupicchu (1/2 hora) e visita guiada privada (2 horas e meia) da "Cidade Sagrada dos Incas", o destaque de qualquer viagem para a América do Sul. A tarde livre para explorar por conta própria com menos pessoas. Noite Aguas Calientes. (B)

NOTA: sempre que for possível; para evitar as multidões e na alta temporada vamos programar esse passeio pela tarde.
DAY 4: MACHUPICCHU – HUAYNAPICCHU - CUSCO
On your own, early visit of Machupicchu; to spot the amazing sun rise and take the optional short hikes to the Sun gate, Montana Machupichu, Huaynapicchu Peak (if available), the temple of the Moon, and the Inca Bridge. Afternoon return to Ollantaytambo by train (1 1/2 hours) and transfer by bus to the hotel (1 1/2 hours). (B)

NOTE: If you are interested in climbing to Huaynapicchu or Montana Machupicchu the entrance fees are Included but you have to let us know in advance, we must buy tickets ASAP, there is a short limit per day.

AUSANGATE TREK: You MUST be in VERY good shape. The described camps and hiking times are approximate; they may vary according to your physic conditions and guides recommendations

DAY 5: CUSCO – TINKI – UPIS
Leaving by vehicle southwards we arrive at Huambutio and start our winding ascent to the village of Huancarane. From here, the road winds its way uphill until we reach small villages of shepherds and weavers in the highland savannah. After 2 hours the Vilcanota Range finally looms in the distance, with Ausangate and Colqe Cruz mountains dominating the landscape. Continue to Tinki where we will meet the horsemen (arrieros) and start the trek at 3,800m (12,464 ft). The trail crosses the puna or highland, approaching the base of the Ausangate Massif and provides amazing views of the rolling landscape. Camp at Upis, right below the snow capped mountains around at 4,400m (14,432 ft).(B,L,D)
DAY 6: UPIS – PUCACOCHA
We slowly ascend up Upispampa, getting closer to the north face of Ausangate. An ascent up the Inkapampa valley brings us to the Arapa Pass at 4,750m (15,580 ft), from where we have a wonderful view of the Ausangate.We border and traverse the arid rolling landscape to then slowly descend to the small lakes past the valley of Samacancha to get the Lake Pucacocha below the Ausangate glaciers; a beautiful campsite at 4,575m (15,006 ft). Ausangate Sacred Peak
DAY 7: PUCACOCHA - PALOMANI - CHILLCA
A slow ascent will bring us to Alcatani pass at 4,850m (15,908 ft) to then begin our descent to Ausangatecocha; a beautiful blue lake formed by the melt-off of the glacier with a view of the southern face and its huge glacial formation. From Ausangatecocha we start a steep ascent to the Palomani pass at 5,050 (16,564). As we cross into the valley of Machuraqay beautiful views of Mts. Caracol and Mariposa with its cone peak. Descend to Chillcaphinaya at 4,400m (14,520 ft) a valley filled with grazing Alpacas. Overnight at Chillca. (B,L,D)
DAY 8: CHILLCA – COMERCOCHA
We begin our ascent to the pass of Jampa, 5,000m (16,400ft). Mt. Callangate with its jagged spires covered in ice dominates our trek as we edge our way over the pass with its retreating glacier and ice-fields. The amazing landscape offers a view of the lake of Comercocha and Harmacocha. We enter the watershed of Mt. Ninaparayoc with its lake below, walk down along this valley with Mt. Ausangate behind us (we have now completed almost a full circle around the mountain).We set up camp on the shores of lake Comercocha at 4,600m (15,088ft). (B,L,D)

DAY 9: COMERCOCHA – PAJCHANTA
The trail descends towards the village of Pajchanta, where we set up the last camp at 4,245m (13,924 ft). Pajchanta hosts thermal baths for the enthusiasts. (B,L,D)
Palomani pass
DAY 10: PAJCHANTA - TINKI – CUSCO
Leaving our community camp-site with a chance to buy local textiles, we head down to Tinki crossing the vast hills and fields that are occupied by local farmers until reaching Tinki at midday. After lunch we get on our vehicle returning to Cusco the way we came. (B,L)

DAY 11: CUSCO – LIMA
Transfer to the airport for departure flight. (B)

Does not include: International & national airfares (Lima - Cusco - Lima), extra horse to carry more luggage or ride**, sleeping bags (Save room and Rent from us for just US$50 / 8 days trek), tips: guide, cooks, porters, etc, additional nights during the trip due to flight cancellations, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages or bottled water, non described meals & snacks, insurance of any kind, laundry, phone calls, radio calls or messages & items of personal nature.

**Note: If you want to bring more luggage or ride a horse, you can hire an extra horse for US$200, for all the trek and the horse will carry a maximum of 20 kg – 40 pounds; including your sleeping bag. (Usually 1 horse between 2 persons is enough). However even with a personal horse, you will still need to bring and carry a day pack with essential items.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT FOR THE TRIP:
- To reconfirm, book and to buy all the necessary tickets, we will need you to send a deposit of 70% of the trip's price ASAP.
- You can make the deposit in a saving account (with 3% bank’s fees)
- If you want to use a credit card there will be 8% fees over the deposit (bank commissions & fees, not ours)
- The remaining balance has to be paid 45 days before your trip or in US$$, cash in Cusco.
- US$300 per person for buying the Trek & Machupicchu tickets is non refundable

The deposit will be used to buy your tickets. Once we bought your permits & tickets; they are NOT transferable to any other person OR to any different date due to the Inca Trail/Government regulations.
