On our way to the modern area of the city, we will cross the exclusive district of San Isidro, the new financial heart of the city, we conclude our circuit in Miraflores, where we will visit the “Parque del Amor” (Love Park) an excellent spot to enjoy a great view of the Pacific Ocean. After 3 pm transportation to the airport to take the flight to Cusco. Upon arrival reception, assistance and transfer to the selected hotel; where you should rest to adjust better to the altitude (11,000 ft a.s.l.) (B)

DAY 3: CUSCO

Free morning to visit the city and its museums: Inca, Preculumbian Art & The Machupicchu Museum.

Afternoon Combined tour; visit the Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay. (B)

Note: Whenever it will be possible; to avoid the crowds and in the high season we will program this tour in the morning.

DAY 4: SACRED VALLEY - AGUAS CALIENTES: PISAC RUINS, MARKET & OLLANTAYTAMBO

Visit PISAC located right at the entrance to the Sacred Valley, the amazing Inca city that constitutes one of the most important Archaeological Parks in the region. Visit the fine temples, palaces and the well preserved and vast farming terraces; built even as far as the edge of precipices that still keep their straight sometimes vertical aqueducts; an imposing and unforgettable sight that also offers very beautiful landscapes. Later visit PISAC the Colonial Village, where you will see the famous "Indian Market" and the handicrafts or "souvenirs" market, this is your chance to enjoy a blend of color, traditions and people, and bargain for exotic craftworks. After Lunch at Urubamba Village, tour to the oldest continuously inhabited dwellings in South America, where people are still living in the same houses and palaces as 500 years ago; the ancient Incan town of OLLANTAYTAMBO, with its very impressive constructions built with huge boulders and its ancient heritage that will leave us astonished. Overnight Ollantaytambo.  Finally catch the train to Aguas Calientes town (1 1/2 hours). Overnight Aguas Calientes. (B,L)

DAY 5: MACHUPICCHU - CUSCO

Early visit of Machupicchu; to spot the amazing sunrise and guided visit (2 1/2 hours) of the wonderful temples and palaces.
Afternoon return to Ollantaytambo by train (1 1/2 hours) and transfer to the hotel (2 hours). (B)

Note: If you are interested in climbing to Huaynapicchu or Montana Machupicchu the entrance fees are not Included.

DAY 6: RAINBOW MOUNTAIN or HUMANTAY LAKE HIKE

You can choose 1 of the optional full day hikes. (B,L)

DAY 7: CUSCO – PUNO

This day you will have a bus ride with guided visits or you can choose to ride on the 1st class PERURAIL TITICACA train without ANY tours and an EXTRA cost of $240 per person. Train only available on: Sunday, Wednesdays, Fridays.

Bus ride from Cusco to Puno visiting on the way a very beautiful chapel: Andahuaylillas; known as the Sistine chapel of South America, the temple of Wiracocha (a very impressive Inca site) and the Pucara Museum. You will also have other stops for lunch & photos. Arrival and transfer to the hotel in Puno. (B, L)

DAY 8: TITICACA LAKE TOUR

Half day excursion to the beautiful Titicaca Lake, the highest navigable lake in the world. Visit the Floating Islands (made of totora: reeds) of Uros, where the population still live as their ancestors did a thousand years ago. Later go back to Puno for Lunch.

PM: Transfer from the hotel to the Puno bus terminal and board the bus to the town of Copacabana, we will have a stop at the Kasani border to do the immigration procedures and continue to our destination (Lake Titicaca – Copacabana)

DAY 9: ISLAND OF THE SUN - LA PAZ - BUS TO UYUNI

8 - 8:30 am: We will leave for the legendary Island of the Sun, we go on an excursion walking to the Inca Garden and the ruins of the Pilkokaina Palace (40 min), built with uncarved stones, the door is trapezoidal with the purpose of supporting the enormous weight of the roof and the second flat.

Go back to Copacabana for lunch and visit this picturesque town and the church where the famous image of the Virgin of Copacabana is located.

Finally, we take the bus to the city of La Paz, and arrive at the bus terminal for the connection to Uyuni by bus, (spend the night on board: trip of 9 hours approx.) ­(B,L)

DAY 10: UYUNI - TRAIN CEMETERY - COLCHANI - SALT FLATS - SAN JUAN

6 - 7 am: Reception at the Uyuni Bus Station. After breakfast, we will walk to the Train Cemetery. Later we go to Colchani, a small town dedicated to the exploitation of salt, here there is an artisan market, an ideal place to buy handicrafts made of salt.

Then we enter the largest extension of salt in the world with more than 12,000 square km; We will arrive at Incahuasi Island or Isla Pescado (in the rainy season from January to March the itinerary will change) crossing through the middle of the salt flat for about an hour; once there, we will take a short walk to see the immensity of this great salt flat and admire the giant cacti that dominate the place. Then we will have a hot lunch in the middle of the salt flat and also will have time to walk around and play with our cameras doing optical tricks. Later we will see the Ojos del Salar; this is where underground rivers form openings in the salt flat layer. Finally de go to San Juan to Overnight. (B,L,D)

DAY 11: SAN JUAN - LAGUNA COLORADA

On this day we will visit the high altitude lagoons: Honda, Ramadita and Hedionda. Each one with its own particularities. We will also stop at the Siloli Desert, the Stone Tree and the Laguna Colorada where we will spend the night. (B,L,D)

DAY 12: LAGUNA COLORADA - UYUNI - BUS TO LA PAZ

Very early in the morning we will leave the Laguna Colorada towards the geysers, where we will have the feeling of returning to the stages of the formation of the earth. Then we will visit the thermal baths, the Dalí Desert and the Green Lagoon. Finally we return to Uyuni to take the bus to the city of La Paz. Overnight on the bus. (B,L)

DAY 13: ARRIVING IN LA PAZ

Reception approx. 06:00 am at the bus terminal in La Paz and transportation to your hotel or the airport.
