Founded in 1996 and based in Cusco & La Paz, we began with a focus on showing travelers a more authentic side of Peru & Bolivia—combining iconic destinations with local knowledge, cultural experiences and routes beyond the standard tourist itinerary.
Over the years, our work has expanded throughout Peru and Bolivia, from Machu Picchu and the Andes to the Amazon, Lake Titicaca, La Paz and the Uyuni Salt Flats.

Yure Chavez is a licensed tourism professional from Cusco and the founder of Peru & Bolivia Trek 4 Good.
Born and raised in Cusco, he has more than 20 years of experience in tourism and firsthand knowledge of Peru's history, culture, traditions and landscapes.
Yure has traveled extensively throughout the USA, Central and South America, and Africa, both for tourism and to visit friends he has made through the many trips he has organized over the years. These experiences have given him a broad international perspective on tourism standards and service quality.
By experiencing different destinations, accommodations, transportation and guided tours firsthand, Yure understands what makes a well-organized trip truly enjoyable and reliable. He uses this international experience to carefully design Peru and Bolivia itineraries, selecting quality hotels, dependable transportation and professional local guides while maintaining the authentic experiences that make each journey special.
Yure speaks Spanish, Quechua, English and French, allowing him to work directly with travelers from different parts of the world.
