Finally we return to Copacabana and take the bus to the city of La Paz, arrival at the bus terminal for the connection to Uyuni by bus, (spend the night on board: trip of 9 hours approx.) (L)

DAY 2: UYUNI - TRAIN CEMETERY - COLCHANI (OVERNIGHT)



06:00 to 07:00 approx., reception at the Uyuni Bus Station. After breakfast, we will walk to the Train Cemetery that is on the way to the hostel located in the town of Colchani (optional with extra cost: Hotel Palacio de Sal or Cristal Samaña. CHECK-IN 14:00). Registration at the hotel and accommodation in the respective room. The hotel has several facilities for public use by guests. Welcome dinner and rest. (B, D)

Note: This day the service is only with a driver who is together with the passengers.

DAY 3: FULL DAY UYUNI SALT FLATS – BUS TO LA PAZ

After breakfast we go to Colchani, a small town dedicated to the exploitation of salt, here there is an artisan market, an ideal place to buy handicrafts made of salt. Then we enter the largest extension of salt in the world with more than 12,000 square km; We will arrive at Incahuasi Island or Isla Pescado (in the rainy season from January to March the itinerary will change) crossing through the middle of the salt flat for about an hour; once there, we will take a short walk to see the immensity of this great salt flat and admire the giant cacti that dominate the place. Then we will have a hot lunch in the middle of the salt flat and also will have time to walk around and play with our cameras doing optical tricks. Later we will see the Ojos del Salar; this is where underground rivers form openings in the salt flat layer. We return to Colchani and finally transfer to Uyuni for connection by bus to the city of La Paz. Overnight on the bus. (B,L)

DAY 4: TRANSPORTATION TO THE AIRPORT OR TO THE HOTEL IN LA PAZ:
Reception approx. 06:00 am at the bus terminal in La Paz and transportation to your hotel or the airport.
